The Role

You will advise a broad client base including farmers, landowners, estates, developers, and rural businesses on a wide range of agricultural and land-related matters, including:

  • Sales, purchases, and leasing of agricultural land and rural property
  • Farm business tenancies, grazing licences, and contract farming arrangements
  • Agricultural estate management and strategic land advice
  • Easements, rights of way, overage, and development-related agreements
  • Acting on renewable energy and diversification projects
  • Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the team
  • Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management
