Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Director to join our team in London on a full-time, on-site basis. The Assistant Store Director will support daily store operations, lead, mentor and develop the store team, and ensure an exceptional, luxury-oriented customer experience. This role works closely with the Store Director to drive commercial performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage daily store operations to ensure seamless execution and high standards
  • Drive commercial performance by executing sales strategies and achieving store KPIs
  • Lead, coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Elevate the customer experience through refined service, client engagement and bespoke selling
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards aligned with brand identity
  • Assist with inventory management, stock flow and coordination with buying and operations teams
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team culture and uphold company values

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail leadership or store management, preferably xwzovoh within luxury, premium or designer fashion environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results, achieve targets and contribute to commercial strategy
  • Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering personalised, high-touch experiences
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting with changing priorities
