Are you a visionary Associate Architect looking to make your mark on an emerging practice in London?

We’re seeking a talented Architect to join a modern RIBA-chartered architectural practice in Shoreditch. Known for delivering innovative architecture, sustainable design solutions and high-quality projects, this is your chance to work with one of the capital’s up-and-coming studios.

About the Practice

This well-established architecture firm is celebrated for its expertise in Architecture, Urban Design and Interior Design. Originating out of Essex, they have successfully opened 3 further offices nationwide and are now looking to really grow their base in London – and you can become a big part of this!

With a collaborative culture and a reputation for award-winning projects across Residential, Commercial, Education and Urban Regeneration sectors, their expanding portfolio includes developments that blend creativity with technical excellence.

The Role – Associate Architect

As an Associate Architect, you will lead projects from concept design through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of architectural quality. You will work on a diverse range of schemes, with an initial focus on Education sector architecture and community-driven projects.

Your role will involve:

Leading and managing architectural projects through all RIBA stages
Developing innovative, sustainable design solutions in collaboration with a talented team
Liaising with clients, consultants and planning authorities
Navigating UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy with confidence
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the studio’s creative culture

Associate Architect Requirements

ARB / RIBA Chartered Architect – essential
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit experience
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Policy
Proven experience in Education sector architecture will be highly sought after
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for sustainable architecture and innovative design
