Job Description

  • Handle intellectual property litigation cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and case law.
  • Prepare and manage discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on intellectual property matters.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working in the professional services or legal industry is a plus.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
