What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering BREEAM New Construction assessments from design to certification
• Producing high-quality reports and supporting planning submissions
• Supporting wider sustainability work including LCA, LCC, and dynamic modelling
• Engaging with evolving frameworks such as LEED, WELL and Fitwel

What we xwzovoh want from you:

• BREEAM Assessor/AP (or willingness to qualify)
• Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and building regs
• Experience with One Click LCA and sustainability assessments
