The home will support up to 3 young people aged 817 with emotional and behavioural difficulties , offering a safe, nurturing, and stable environment.

Youll have the chance to shape the service from the very beginning, including supporting the Ofsted registration , and building a strong, values-led team.

All policies and procedures are already in place, giving you the freedom to focus on leadership, quality care, and positive outcomes for children and young people.
