Client Rep/QC Inspector

General Description

RINA is looking for experienced Laser Welding inspector with Eddy Current NDT to perform inspection activities on behalf of RINA for our esteemed clients in the UK.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Job description:

• Monitoring and reporting any HSE incidents or issues.
• Monitoring and reporting any NCRs.
• Overseeing load in and out for TP’s and Jackets.
• Reviewing documentation.
• Reviewing method statements and coating & welding procedures.
• Carrying out surveillance.
• Reviewing ITP’s and specifications.
• Using iAuditor for reporting snags.
• Liaising with senior management.

Requested:

• GWO WAH Certificate
• Inspectors should have inspection experience at the vendor’s premises. Experience may cover daily inspections or short term/long term project inspections on behalf of clients or third party inspections;
• Ability to prepare daily/weekly inspection reports;
• Adequate level of English for reporting, understanding international standards/codes, and communicating with clients in case of need;
• Being a freelancer inspector or part of inspectors agency/society, the inspector or the company should be xwzovoh able to invoice the service;
