Your New Role

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder/partnership claims, injunctive relief, debt recovery and insolvency‑related litigation.
• Actively engage with clients to provide strategic and practical advice around dispute resolution.
• Play a key role in supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the team.
• Prioritise client needs, delivering exceptional service while ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collabor_voltage with colleagues across the firm to foster a collaborative working culture and joined‑up service.

What You Need To Succeed

We are looking for someone who:

• You are a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, England & Wales, or the Republic of Ireland, with 2–8 years PQE and experience handling commercial litigation cases.
• You have demonstrable experience managing disputes within the commercial sector.
• You have a proven track record of delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• You possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong commercial acumen.
• You are self‑motivatedultimate, committed to professional development and have an appetite for innovation and growth.
