Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Certas Energy as a Team Manager and lead our Domestic Sales & Service team to success.
What you’ll do: As Team Manager, youll be responsible for leading a high-performing frontline sales and service team. Your focus will be on:
Motivating and engaging your team to consistently exceed expectations
Coaching individuals to deliver top-tier customer service and meet commercial targets, including upselling and cross-selling
Managing performance, behaviours, and development in line with company standards
Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures
What we’re looking for: We’re seeking a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll bring:
Proven experience in leading customer service and/or sales teams
Strong coaching and people management skills
A commercial mindset with a focus on performance and results
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Resilience, persistence, and a solutions-driven approach
Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English
