As the Divisional Legal Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in атур managing and inspiring a dedicated team responsible for delivering exceptional conveyancing services across new-build sales, part-exchange, and a range of related transactions. Working alongside two Assistant Divisional Legal Managers, you’ll oversee a team of 14 professionals driving excellence, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach across all operations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, sœur strong expertise in Property Law and residential conveyancing.
• Proven experience managing and developing large teams in busy, fast-moving environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring, training, and empowering others to excel.
