At M&D Care, we support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions across South and West Wales.
As Cook, youll work Monday to Friday (9am5pm) with occasional weekends.
Youll plan and prepare nutritious meals, including special diets, ensuring residents individual needs and preferences are met.
Youll maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and infection control.
Responsibilities include menu planning, stock ordering, budget management, and kitchen cleanliness.
Youll collaborate with support staff to align meals with care plans and engage with residents to promote enjoyable, healthy eating experiences.
M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
We believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to succeed and to achieve their goals and aspirations in life however big or small these may be.
You will need flexibility to work over 7 days, but this will be on a rota with the other cook in the home.
Shifts will be 8-4 or 12-8, and will be given in advance. xwzovoh
