Location: Multiple Client Sites across London (Zones 1–6). Occasional travel to sites up to 1 hour outside London (travel costs covered for these).

Contract Type: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 07:00-19:00, 8 hours per day

Hourly rate: £14.80

Leave: 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Responsibilities

  • Be the Host: Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all visitors and colleagues.
  • Stay Mobile: Work across multiple client locations, adapting quickly to site-specific processes and supporting Guest Services wherever needed.
  • Deliver Excellence: Manage visitor access, check-ins, and special requests with precision and empathy.
  • Create Experiences: Offer concierge-style service, anticipate needs, and make every interaction exceptional.
  • Support Operations: Assist with facilities checks, meeting room setups, AV troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure Safety: Communicate emergency procedures and maintain security standards.
  • Collaborate: Build strong relationships across teams and contribute to a seamless OneMitie service.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Experience: 1–2 years in high-end hospitality, airlines, corporate workplaces, or similar.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and a “How Can I Help?” mindset.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft programmes (e.g., Outlook, Teams) and visitor management tools (e.g., Condeco, ProxyClick).
  • Presentation: Immaculate grooming and professional style.
  • SIA certification (desirable).
