Your Role

You will work in our Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP) team, across sectors and clients, shaping your career into a specific capability set.

  • Lead and originate new & existing automation engagements.
  • Drive sales, expand accounts, and manage bookings and project deliverables.
  • Act as trusted advisor and engage partners & vendors through commercial frameworks.
  • Lead RFPs, proposals, and construct standard/bespoke deals.
  • Provide architectural oversight for automation solutions.

Additional Contributions

  • Business Development – proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches.
  • Internal – campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development.
  • Learning & Development – training, certifications.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated origination, market making, account creation, and sell‑on.
  • Personal sales >£2 m.
  • Capability to hold UK Security Clearance.
  • Relationship builder & networking skills.
  • Experience in bid writing and full sales/delivery cycle.
  • Account revenue and bookings management.
  • Deal structuring and G2M pack development.
  • Experience with IDP, NLP, ML, GenAI, workflow & RPA.
  • Comfort with on‑prem and cloud architecture.
  • Assessment of client automation maturity.
  • Awareness of DSIT AI Ethics legislation & automation in sustainability.

Optional Certifications / Experience

  • Consulting background in a major firm or industry with proven ability in a matrixed organisation.
  • Azure or AWS Practitioner certification.
