We are expanding our DEA surveying network and are looking for Domestic Energy Assessors to support large-scale residential energy data capture and stock condition programmes across South and Greater London.

This is a contract role offering consistent work within structured, professionally managed programmes.

The Role

• Complete full RdSAP evidence packs (non-lodgement)
• Capture high-quality photos of heating systems, insulation, ventilation, and energy-related elements
• Accurately input survey data into tablet/mobile systems
• Work professionally within occupied residential properties
• Support wider stock condition and compliance programmes where required

Requirements

• Fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
• Experience carrying out domestic energy assessments
• Good understanding of energy efficiency and heating systems
• Strong attention to detail and evidence capture
• DBS check and full driving licence required
