• Type: Ongoing Temporary (minimum 6 months contract)
• Location: Hybrid in London or Brighton – 3 days office and 2 days home
• Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About the Role

As a Dutch Speaking Associate TA Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and communicating to hiring managers. You will play a critical role in ensuring they attract and retain top talent. This is a hybrid role and you will have to attend their London or Brighton’s office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle
• Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Liaise and communicate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports

Who are you

• Fluency in Dutch (essential) + any additional language skills are welcome
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (any sector, agency or internal)
• A confident, bubbly, and great communicator
• A strong desire to learn and succeed
• A hard-working team player with the right attitude
• A commitment to making a career in recruitment
