General Description
Role: Electronics Hardware Design Engineer
Location: Cheshire but mostly remote
Onsite: mostly remote but sporadically required onsite 1x a week or every few / months
Salary: £50,000 – £56,000
Level: Senior and your self managed so min 5 year experience
The role involves design of hardware for embedded and control systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout.

Core requirements:
- Strong Analogue and Digital electronics design
- Schematic design and multilayer PCB layout ideally Altium and lay the circuit board in Altium
- Altium Designer experience
Desirable:
- Production xwzovoh or manufacturing test experience
- Developing test solutions/fixtures
- Firmware or embedded software experience in embedded C and ideally C++
