This is an opportunity to do true strategy work with global biopharma clients – shaping operating models, elevating Medical Affairs, and driving cross-functional transformation.

The Role

You’ll lead multiple engagements, manage teams, and work directly with senior client stakeholders on high-impact transformation programs.

You Will:

• Lead 3–4 strategy & MA transformation projects end-to-end
• Manage and mentor consulting teams
• Building learning pathways
• Develop AI upskilling campaigns
• Building out products to improve the leaderships fluency of AI
• Present to senior (C-1) stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Support proposals and help build internal capabilities

You Bring:

• ~6+ years’ experience with 4+ in strategy consulting (MBB, Tier 2, or boutique LS firms)
• Experience working on projects in the pharmaceutical industry
• Structured problem-solving, clear communication, strong client presence
• Experience xwzovoh managing workstreams or projects and guiding junior consultants
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, MPH or similar)
