A leading software house – with offices throughout the globe – requires an experienced Project Manager to join it growing software delivery function.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

• Strong project/programme management experience – specifically focussed around software implementations, customer onboarding, customer success and/or consulting in SaaS or digital transformation.
• Fluent in Spanish (written/spoken)
• Solid command of SDLC, Agile (Scrum), and traditional delivery methods.
• Proven record of managing high-profile, enterprise accounts, complex programmes, and multi-stakeholder matrices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to senior audiences.
• Strong experience in either Telco or Financial Services delivery environments
• High-ownership mindset with the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills: building reports, interpreting operational data, and turning insights into action.
