Are you ready to lead transformative finance change initiatives for one of the UK’s leading insurance firms? We’re looking for a Finance Business Analyst who can own and deliver complex programmes end-to-end, driving innovation and compliance across critical finance systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the charge on finance change programmes from inception to delivery.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, UAT Managers, and Solution Architects.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders (CFO Office, Finance Ops, Actuarial) to align priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Ensure regulatory and audit compliance throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Conduct as-is/to-be process mapping and gap analysis for systems like Oracle ERP, BMS, and FDP.
  • Define and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.
  • Collaborate with data governance, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure solution integrity.
  • Facilitate workshops and SME interviews to validate requirements and drive clarity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering finance transformation programmes.
  • Experience working at a General Insurance company
  • Understanding of accountancy eg. credit and debit
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels.
  • Expertise in finance systems (Oracle ERP, BMS, FDP).
  • Ability to multitask with multiple projects at once
