Financial Director

Our client is a highly successful Real Estate company who are expanding organically and seeking a Finance Director to join their team. The Finance Director will report into the CFO.

The Finance Director will be reporting to the CFO and leading the Finance Function but with a commercial focus on the role. You will be responsible for day to day finance but have a team underneath you in including a Financial Controller. The CFO and CEO are looking for someone to commercially support the business, be responsible for the financial planning and analysis work round cashflow, capex expenditure, marketing, service charges, costs and other adhoc areas. You will be responsible for producing monthly reports as well as oversight of management accounts whilst providing commercial business partnering, strategic analysis and decision support especially to non-finance. This role will have breadth and autonomy who is seeking a commercial leader to partner the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). They are looking for someone who has also worked in a fast-paced finance environment. Having experience managing a team is required. Having excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to building effective relationships and a passion for coaching and developing your team to achieve business excellence will be sought after. Experience in any Real Estate, Property or Construction will be highly advantageous.

This role is based in London (Zone 1) and paying strong basic salary plus bonus and benefits. xwzovoh The company operates a hybrid working model.
