Are you a commercially minded trader ready to make your mark in the UK’s agricultural supply chain?

A leading player in the global arable grains industry is seeking a Grain Trader to join its growing team in Norfolk.

As part of a respected grain trading business group backed by one of Australia’s largest grain and commodities companies, you’ll help shape trading strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive value across end-to-end supply chains across the UK.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute trading strategies for key commodities within domestic and export markets
• Manage risk, pricing, and market exposure to maximise margin performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, domestic end users, and global trading partners
• Monitor market trends and deliver insightful commercial analysis to guide decision-making
• Import and manage distribution of commodities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in grain or commodity trading (ideally 5 years+) , with a deep understanding of market drivers and supply chain dynamics
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to make confident trading decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
