Are you an experienced psychologist looking to step up into management!

Essentials:

• Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent)
• Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist

Experience:

• Significant post-qualification experience working with people with complex and enduring mental health needs
• Proven experience providing senior clinical leadership within multidisciplinary services
• Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based interventions
• Experience of clinical governance, quality assurance, and service improvement activity
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing psychologists and wider therapy staff

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of NICE guidance, clinical risk management, and safeguarding frameworks
• Ability to lead the development and implementation of clinical pathways and therapeutic models
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate at senior level
• Confidence working autonomously across multiple xwzovoh sites and services
• Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills
