Role Summary

Join a collaborative, high-performing team and handle a varied caseload of contract disputes from start to finish. You’ll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment that actively encourages development through non-traditional legal pathways, such as SQE and internal training contracts. The firm champions hybrid working (min. 2 days office) and is open to part-time arrangements (4 days+).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload end-to-end: Build expertise while delivering successful outcomes
  • Handle claims efficiently and commercially: Ensure compliance with LEI policy requirements
  • Resolve disputes via litigation or ADR: Shape the resolution strategy for each case
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: Help embed best practice and performance culture
  • Meet financial, SLA, and KPI targets: Work proactively to deliver results

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner
  • Previous experience with contract disputes
  • Strong xwzovoh written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilient, empathetic and client-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with SRA Code of Conduct
  • Ability to prioritise and manage caseload independently
