A leading, well-established law firm in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Litigation team.

The role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, assisting on director-led matters where appropriate, and supporting and supervising junior members of the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising a diverse client base, including corporate entities, trusts, charities, and individuals
  • Managing matters from initial engagement to conclusion, formulating strategy, and providing ongoing advice
  • Drafting statements of case, witness statements, legal correspondence, and other documentation
  • Instructing and working with counsel
  • Representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations
  • Contributing to business development and networking for yourself, the litigation team, and the firm

Ideally, you will be comfortable with a wide range of litigation matters including general, civil, and commercial disputes, property litigation, and contentious probate. xwzovoh

You will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commercial approach to delivering high-quality client service.
