– Permanent Start Date: ASAP An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing environment in Telford.

The role involves providing both electrical and mechanical engineering support to ensure plant, equipment, and installations operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities Provide electrical and mechanical maintenance support across site operations Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns efficiently Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and complete repairs to a high standard Ensure all maintenance work is accurately recorded using a computerised maintenance management system Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and meet operational priorities Maintain safe working practices in line with Health & Safety legislation Ensure compliance with Electricity at Work Regulations and Health & Safety at Work Act Take ownership of housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment Support continuous improvement and personal development Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities: Follow all site health, safety and environmental policies and procedures Wear appropriate PPE at all times Ensure contractors and visitors comply with site safety rules Be aware of emergency procedures including fire evacuation routes The Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. xwzovoh

You will be a proactive problem-solver with good communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and quality and hold relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 16:30 Friday: 08:30 14:30 (Nice early finish)
