General Description
We are recruiting an experienced Pig Stockperson for a farm in North Yorkshire (DL11).
The job is an excellent opportunity to work on a large indoor unit, concentrating on the farrowing aspects of pig production.
Person specifications:
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in commercial pigs
- Highest welfare and care standards
- Motivation for good results
- Committed and enthusiastic about the pig industry
- A team player
- Must have a driving license and a car
- Able to work every 3rd weekend
- Able to work approximately 50/55 hours per week
Salary Guide – £38,000 doe + 2-bed house.
