Production Engineer

Opportunity to join an established, ambitious technology manufacturing business as they incorporate new projects into their new state of the art production lines. Working with the senior management team you will ensure the business has the production capability to deliver complex electronic manufacturing projects on-time and budget.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage NPI process for new and existing products
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure NPI and production programmes are on track
• Manage ECR, ECN, PFMEA, FMECA and part obsolescence processes
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production / quality events
• Use production data to improve efficiency and effectiveness

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Extensive production engineering experience gained in a complex electronic xwzovoh manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing problem solving skills
• Knowledge of engineering process management tools – ECN, ECR, FMEAs etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven NPI project management skills
• Success using data to identify improvement opportunities
