The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.

Utilise inhouse CRM software to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

Lead presentations and meetings with clients to discuss strategies, progress, and results.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving goals.

Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
