Responsibilities

• Cold call clients to secure business and develop relationships over time.
• Schedule meetings via video and in person.
• Source candidates by building strong searching techniques across platforms for the digital sector.
• Qualify candidates through effective questioning.
• Match candidates and clients by understanding the needs of both and building relationships.
• Negotiate, influence, and persuade to achieve the best outcomes.
• Write compelling sales-copy and understand basics of content marketing.

Qualifications

• Ideally previous experience within recruitment or sales experience.
• Open to candidates with strong desire to work in recruitment; full training provided by industry-leading trainers on start date.
