Your work will cover a broad mix of residential matters, including: Sales and purchases Remortgages New build transactions Leasehold enfranchisement (acting for landlords and tenants) Declarations of Trust and joint ownership arrangements What sets this role apart is the level of professional freedom you’ll enjoy.
