This is a great opportunity for a conveyancer with 3 years PQE who enjoys handling a varied caseload and wants to work in a collaborative environment where quality of work is genuinely valued.

The role will involve: Managing a residential conveyancing caseload of approximately 100 files Handling a broad range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion Working closely with colleagues in a friendly, team-focused office Support & structure: Assistant / secretarial support included within the role Sensible caseloads with an emphasis on service rather than volume What theyre looking for: A qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) 3 years PQE with solid residential conveyancing experience Someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive office culture Working arrangements: Office-based initially Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation If youre an experienced conveyancer looking for a stable, supportive firm with flexibility and a strong local reputation, this could be a great move. xwzovoh
