You will be responsible for processing orders from start to finish using SAP. Prior experience of order processing using SAP is essential.

Duties will include:

• Handling customer enquiries within agreed time frames
• Validating all orders prior to entry onto SAP, ensuring that pricing, quantities etc are accurate
• Working closely with third party warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Processing product returns to third party warehouses
• Maintaining strong working relationships with key clients, distributors, third xwzovoh party warehouses and internal teams such as Sales to ensure an efficient service
• Ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders, proactively providing updates and ensuring that any issues or concerns are resolved promptly

The successful candidate will have proven experience of order processing using SAP.
