Assistant / Finance Assistant

Markethill

Carrickcraft
is the largest operator of hire cruisers on the Shannon and the Erne
with a fleet of 115 boats in three marinas. Over half of
customers are from German speaking countries.

Based
in Markethill, Co Armagh.

Main
job activities:

Assist sales staff particularly on administrative issues
with existing bookings.

Creation of and sending out our commercial newsletters.

Attend trade shows a few times a year.

Be responsible for maintaining the sales and purchase
ledger’s in Sage 50 Accounts.

Resolve price queries with Travel Agents.

Assist the Sales Manager and Director as required.

Essential
Skills:

An excellent telephone manner in order to generate
telesales.

A thorough approach to work with the motivation
to finalise outstanding tasks.

Good I.T skills with the ability to use all Microsoft
Office products.

Desirable
Criteria:

A working knowledge of Sage 50 sales and purchase
ledgers.

A knowledge of all social media.

This
position is for 24 hours per week, which will include a Monday, a
Friday and one other day to be agreed. The position will attract a
very good rate per hour. A clean driving licence is essential. xwzovoh
