General Description

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property litigation matters from pre-action through to trial, with appropriate supervision where needed. The role includes client contact, strategic input, and advocacy at hearings where required, as well as close collaboration with colleagues across real estate and private client teams.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years’ PQE with strong experience in contentious property work
  • Solid background in landlord and tenant disputes and general property litigation
  • Confident managing files independently and taking ownership of matters
  • Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
  • Comfortable in client-facing situations and building long-term relationships
  • Interested in business development and contributing to team growth
  • Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a busy environment
