Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce (Telco)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Location: London (Hybrid 2/3 split)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise and a strong background in the telecommunications sector. This is a high-impact role within a major digital transformation programme, focused on optimising customer journeys, deprecating legacy CRM systems, and driving value through the Salesforce platform, particularly in areas like AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end scope and requirements across Product, Proposition, Customer Experience, and Enterprise domains.
  • Lead customer and technical data migration strategy development.
  • Champion Salesforce out-of-the-box (OOTB) solutions, challenging stakeholders to align with best practices.
  • Align programme backlogs and delivery phases with broader business priorities.
  • Analyse data to ensure business requests deliver measurable value and enhance customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships across senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain solution integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Present initiative scope, value, and risks to leadership, acting as the go-to expert for end-to-end analysis.

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong track record of presenting complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Communications, Service, Sales, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Proven experience in large-scale CRM transformations and SaaS migrations.
  • Deep understanding of cross-channel solutions (Direct, Digital, API).
  • Ability to manage complex programme dependencies across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem integrations and OOTB capabilities.
  • End-to-end delivery experience, including support for trials, go-live, and post-launch phases.
