The Opportunity

As a Senior CDM Consultant, you’ll take ownership of high-profile projects from concept to completion, acting as Principal Designer and trusted advisor to design teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 while driving best practice, influencing design decisions, and mentoring junior consultants along the way.

This is a client-facing role where your technical expertise and people skills will shine. You’ll have full autonomy to deliver projects your way – backed by a leadership team that genuinely values your input.

About You

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
• In-depth understanding of CDM 2015 and the Principal Designer role
• Experience as a Senior CDM Consultant or strong background in a CDM / H&S consultancy role
• Confident communicator with excellent client facing skills
