We are working with a market‑leading national law firm who are seeking a Senior Associate to join their Projects and Infrastructure practice within either their Belfast, Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham or Glasgow offices.

The Role:

The successful candidate will support a dynamic award‑winning team, working on some of the UK’s largest and most high‑profile energy transactions for a diverse range of clients. The candidate’s role will see them lead on complex contracts for future energy projects, support the Partner team on tenders, and advise on the purchasing, development, and funding of such projects.

The candidate will take a lead role in projects, while also delegating to and supervising associates, trainees, and other support staff, to facilitate the development of junior staff. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to engage in business development activities, while maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s client base.

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ PQE;
• Strong background in non-contentious construction law and future/renewable energy transactions;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong academic background;
• Organisational skills;
