Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of organizational strategy
- Oversee planning cycles and resource allocation processes
- Design and manage performance frameworks and KPIs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts
- Report to leadership and board on strategic progress and performance
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, international development, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategy, planning, or senior leadership roles
- Strong track record of leading organizational change
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in the international development sector
