The role:

Following an exceptional year of performance across our global offices, we are expanding our London team. This opportunity is ideal for someone from a transferable background (such as sales, business development, or another client-facing role) who is looking to transition into recruitment and build a long-term career in a high-growth, high-reward environment.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Start date: Jan/Feb 2026

Location: London

What does this role involve?

  • Discover and headhunt high‐calibre candidates for mid‐senior level and retained roles.
  • Business Development and forging relationships with clients across your market globally. This is a client facing role with a lot of autonomy. You’ll not only be responsible for bringing in and attracting clients, but managing accounts once they are onboarded.
  • Manage the whole candidate journey. That’s everything from screening and interviewing candidates, to interview feedback, to negotiating offers and delivering the news.
  • Become the go‐to expert in your market. We work in one of the most exciting markets globally, and you’ll become an expert in your area pretty quickly!

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a transferable role, for example sales, is highly desirable.
  • No university degree or similar higher education is required.
