General Description
We’re looking for someone to supervise a small team of security engineers. You’ll make sure CCTV, alarms, access control, fire safety systems, and other security equipment are installed, maintained, and working properly.
What you’ll do:
- Lead your team day to day, helping them with tasks and training.
- Visit sites to check, fix, and maintain security and fire safety systems.
- Make sure work is safe, compliant, and done right.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors.
- Handle issues and incidents calmly and effectively.
- Keep simple records and report progress.

What we need from you:
- Experience in physical security or fire safety systems.
- Some experience leading or supervising a team.
