Were looking for an ambitious, experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with ambitions to work up to Account Director level and Beyond. Previous experience leading Packaging Design projects forFMCG clientsis a must, as is exceptional client services admin, project management, expectations management, and operational excellence. Theres plenty of room for strategic input and getting stuck into pitches, but you need to have the day-to-day nailed as well.

What youll be doing

The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will bring existing Creative & Branding agency experience ideally including FMCG packaging design project experience, and provide exceptional clients services, relationship building and operational support for 2-4 key household name brand clients. Although an SME and independent agency, they are a Glocal agency (Global clients, local market knowledge, teams and expertise where their clients are based), with creative delivered from the London office, near Shoreditch.

The Account Manager / Senior Account Manager will deliver world-class brand, creative and omnichannel marketing projects for clients in the both Europe and India. Clients are varied and projects are career defining from reimagining iconic brands, delivering creative for a world-famous Spirits/Drinks brand, to becoming part of the team delivering a major brand build and high level strategy for a new airline.

What experience youll need to apply

Proven track record as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager for a creative / markeing / design agency is essential.
Knowledge and experience managing Packaging Design projects is essential too.
Experience working with FMCG clients would be advantageous, in particular a drinks / spirits brand, but this is not essential.
Exceptional client relationship, account management, and project delivery skills.
