We’re looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to shape and deliver customer engagement solutions that truly make a difference. Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions
Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption
Champion continuous improvement and user experience throughout the project lifecycle

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in D365 CE or with other CRM solutions (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, SugarCRM etc.)
Ability to document and translate business needs into technical requirements
Understanding of business processes and CRM best practice
Competitive day rate (outside IR35)
