Associate Data Scientist

As our new Data Scientist, your mission is to unlock business value through data by developing, improving, and applying machine learning models. Working across key areas such as Pricing, Search, Marketing, and CRM, you will help drive personalisation, optimise performance, and support better decision-making across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data science solutions
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth
- Contribute to the development and implementation of machine learning models and data-driven approaches
- Support and enhance existing models, workflows, and data pipelines
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously learn and develop your capabilities in machine learning, experimentation, and SQL

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A foundational understanding of machine learning and statistical concepts
- Experience using SQL and Python for data analysis and model development
- A degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar quantitative field
- Familiarity with testing and experimentation principles
- The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative and proactive approach to getting things done

- Deliver measurable business value through the application of machine learning models
- Contribute to improvements in key metrics such as NR1 uplift, occupancy, AWR, and churn reduction
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Pricing, Search, Marketing, and CRM to drive data-informed decisions
- Improve and scale data science models and pipelines
- Support innovation and experimentation across the organisation
