We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about AI, automation, and low-code platforms like Power Apps—someone who can help us streamline operations and elevate member experiences across our bespoke digital platforms.

Your Impact:

• Analyse and improve workflows across departments using AI and automation
• Scope and support high-impact digital change initiatives
• Prototype solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Align improvements with our membership system and mobile app

You Bring:

• Experience in business analysis and process mapping
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms
• Ability to translate system capabilities into actionable change
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness
• Experience from a similar industry- Leisure, Retail, Hospitality, or Private Members club

• AI-powered inventory forecasting for our luxury clubs
• Automating member onboarding journeys
• Executive reporting automation for leadership teams
• Optimising finance and HR workflows with low-code tools
