Location: South East London Salary: £65,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 17:00 (with on-call responsibilities) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of childrens residential homes in South East London .

This role is responsible for delivering high standards of care, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and Childrens Homes Regulations , and creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.

You will provide strong leadership, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with the Responsible Individual to ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management Lead the daily operation of the homes in line with Ofsted standards and regulations Provide effective leadership to staff teams, including rotas, supervision, and performance management Hold on-call responsibilities and provide out-of-hours support when required Safeguarding & Care Act as lead for safeguarding, ensuring the safety and welfare of all young people Oversee care planning and ensure childrens emotional, social, and educational needs are met Promote young peoples rights, independence, and wellbeing Quality & Compliance Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections, maintaining high-quality service delivery Complete required regulatory reports and ensure accurate record keeping Monitor outcomes for young people and implement service improvement plans Staff Development Recruit, induct, supervise, and develop staff teams Promote a positive, professional culture focused on learning and continuous improvement Partnership Working Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, education providers, and families Represent xwzovoh the service in professional meetings and multi-agency forums Requirements Proven experience managing or leading childrens residential homes Strong knowledge of Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted frameworks Experience in safeguarding, staff leadership, and service improvement Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills Apply Now If you are an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead high-quality childrens residential services in South East London , apply now to take the next step in your career with a salary of £65,000 per annum .
