They are now seeking an outstanding Registered Manager for a well-established 4-bed Children’s Residential Home (CCE) in the picturesque village of Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire.

*About the service (CCE)*
This is a Complex Care Environment (CCE), supporting young people with higher or more complex emotional and behavioural needs.
The organisation takes a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach, with:

* An exceptional Deputy Manager (2–3+ years’ experience in children’s residential care) who is now ready to step into their first Registered Manager role with the right mentoring, structure and development

* £50,000 – £60,000 base salary, depending on experience
* 21% annual performance bonus (achievable, transparent and consistently paid)
