As Client Manager, you will have direct management over the assistants, reporting to the Client Director. You will oversee the daily operations of various accounts and clients, helping improve efficiencies while being accountable for their OOH campaigns.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Understand the strategy and objectives of the accounts, using your expertise to deliver value
  • Build and develop relationships with OOH suppliers and monitor ongoing activities
  • Manage multiple plans across various markets
  • Communicate campaign statuses and planning information to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate budgets and forecasts for management
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize profit
  • Resolve client and campaign issues promptly
  • Help develop and utilize planning tools, ensuring data accuracy
  • Coach and supervise Business Assistants in their roles

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Extensive UK and international OOH planning experience and market knowledge
  • Exceptional commercial acumen
  • First-class relationship management skills, with strong communication abilities
  • Second language skills are advantageous
  • Strong people management skills to motivate and develop teams
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident communicator across all levels
  • Relationship builder and team player
  • Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel, and digital tools
  • Attention to detail
