We are looking for a Consultant Anaesthetist to join our modern hospital at Emerson’s Green, Bristol.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide a wide range of anaesthetic cover – Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, ENT and Urology primarily on elective basis.
• Undertake administrative duties associated with patient care and department running.
• Produce appropriate clinical records for each patient.
• Work with local managers and consultants in efficient service delivery.

What we’ll look for in you

• UK registered medical professional listed on Specialist GMC register and evidence of speciality training.
• Several years’ experience, at least 2 within the UK.
• Wide training and experience in anaesthesia.
• Able to offer expert clinical opinion on range of problems in anaesthesia and take full independent responsibility for delivering service.
