This is an office-based role where you will provide high-quality administrative support to advisers, manage client enquiries, and ensure smooth back-office operations. The role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the client care function.
The role You will handle day-to-day client enquiries and key administrative tasks with increasing independence, helping maintain a professional and consistent service. You will support the smooth running of workflows and contribute to delivering an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to advisers and the client care team Manage client enquiries efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist with document preparation and completion of client-facing forms Book appointments following standard guidance Use templates, scripts, and guided workflows confidently Support a consistent and seamless client journey
About you: Basic understanding of financial services terminology Familiarity with client care processes and back-office systems Accurate data input and attention to detail Comfortable with basic call-handling and client interaction Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to learn and develop within the role Team-oriented with a positive attitude and openness to feedback
