Are you passionate about delivering precision engineering solutions? Belcan is looking for Detail Design Engineers with expertise in either Outfit, Structural or Electrical design to join our Naval team.

Key Responsibilities

Detailed Engineering Design & Documentation:

• Develop and produce precise engineering drawings, 3D models, and comprehensive technical specifications using advanced CAD tools – FORAN.
• Perform detailed calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection to ensure robust and compliant designs.
• Lead and contribute to design reviews, ensuring strict adherence to Belcan’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in detailed design within an engineering environment, ideally in Naval.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software and strong knowledge of engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, tolerance stack-up).
• Strong appreciation of environmental impact and sustainability in engineering activities.
